Members earn points on every purchase when signed into their Loco Rewards account. You can still earn points for everyone online order - just be sure you're signed into your acccount.

What if I don’t have a mobile device or don’t want to have the Loco Rewards app on my phone?. Your location information is needed to locate the restaurants nearest to you and make your search quick and easy. Why does the El Pollo Loco app ask for my location information?. Multiple accounts used on the same device will not work with the rewards program. Can I have more than one Loco Rewards account?. These points can be used towards unlocking rewards (like free food!), earning tier status, and more. With any qualifying in-restaurant purchase or online order placed (not applicable on 3rd party delivery), you will earn points for every purchase. It's easy! Download the app from the App Store or Google Play store and create your account. A basic version may also be accessed via our website but will have limited features. Loco Rewards is offered via a mobile app. To keep your account active, submit receipts or redeem rewards.Loco Rewards is our rewards program that allows you to earn points on every purchase, unlock rewards, and receive personalized offers throughout the year. Fetch Rewards points expire after 90 days of inactivity. You can scroll through all of Fetch’s current offers on the home page of the app. On top of that, you’ll earn points for buying specific brands Fetch is partnered with. You can earn 25 points for each receipt you scan. You can also donate your points to one of 29 different charities. However, if you save up your points to redeem a gift card to Amazon or Visa USD, you might have more freedom to use the money how you want. 
Fetch Rewards doesn’t offer Venmo or Paypal options like other cashback apps do.
You can also cash in your points for magazine subscriptions or entries into sweepstakes. For more popular brands like Walmart or Target, a $10 gift card is redeemable for 2,000 to 3,000 points more (up to 12,500 total). Once you’ve collected at least 9,500 points, you can redeem your points for $10 gift cards for a variety of retailers, including Adidas, AMC, IHOP, and more. Every 1,000 points you earn is worth about $1.
